Death penalty   He asks Congress to bring back the death penalty for

this will affect the development of a country, simply

crime rate of the country which gives the Filipinos a

through trade foreign currency. Since developed country
offers an economic security which also includes physical
security that protects people and property from physical
harm such as justice system that protects people from
crimes.
