BUSINESS AGREEMENT

BETWEEN

The undersigned, ROAM SERENGETI SAFARIS COMPANY LIMITED(the "COMPANY"),

located at Arusha, Tanzania, With P. o. box 1082 Arusha, Tel. +255786237373, Trading as
ROAM SERENGETI SAFARIS LTD, dully registered under the laws of the United Republic
of Tanzania.

AND

The undersigned, MR. JONATHAN POWELL, located at, ……, ….., …….., N.W. Washington DC
20011, U.S.A. with the Tel. No. +1 ……………………………………………….……………………...

WHEREAS: The Company is desirous of performing a business with the Mr. JONATHAN
POWELL, and Mr. JONATHAN POWELL is as well desirous of conducting a business with a
Company, the parties herein agree that;

Payment:  The Company agrees to pay Mr. JONATHAN POWELL 20% of the profit
obtained in doing business after deducting the running cost, Government taxes and any
other necessary expenses for better performance of business.

Duties of Mr. JONATHAN POWELL: Mr. JONATHAN POWELL should deal with business
marketing, website designing, and hosting.

Amendment:  This agreement may be amended or modified only by a written agreement

signed by the Company and Mr. JONATHAN POWELL.

Severability:  In the event that any of the provisions of this agreement are held to be
invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, the remaining provisions shall not be affected
and shall continue to be valid and enforceable as though the invalid or unenforceable parts
had not been included in this agreement.

Dispute Settlement: Any dispute among the parties to this agreement shall be firstly
solved through Negotiation. And where the negotiation fails then parties should resort to
Arbitration. The state of Arbitration shall be at Dar es Salaam or any state which is
convenient to the parties herein. And the parties shall choose their own arbitrators who
shall therefore choose an umpire.

Parties further agree that: The Company should give Mr. JONATHAN POWELL the access
to the financial information for tours booked through the website.
Notifications:  Any notice or communication under this agreement must be in writing and
sent via one of the following options:
