Ensure Reinforcement should not be touch to PCC level. 
Shuttering box size should be as per design or as per foundation size.

Light coat of oil should be done inside of form boxes to avoid honeycomb or repairing.

7  RCC Mixture 
Ensure mixing of Cement, Aggregate/Gravel, Sand with designated proportion. 
Check concrete workability or water‐cement ratio by slump test.     
8  Slump Test  Is the light coat of oil and tamping rod is used during test? 
Slump value should be as per material grade. 
Ensure whether the cube mould (150x150 mm) is filled with Freshly made concrete for testing     
purpose.  
Ensure tamping rod while cube sample filling concrete and light coat of oil to inner surface of

Concrete     
10  During RCC work, make sure the vibrator is using for concrete compaction.

13  Concrete defect  Cracks, Honeycomb, Repairs, foundation shape, reinforcement exposed etc. If any then do the 
additional repairing by using cement plaster. 
14  Curing  Is curing done after concreting. Gunny bags to be used for curing.
