7. Get the Discharge Deed from PGB Malur.

8. How did Saleem S/o Malik acquire the property? Get the Deed for the same.

10. Death certificate of N.S.Munishamappa.

11. G – Tree of N.S.Munishamappa along with the entire family status.

15. EC for the period 1974 to 01/04/1983 and from 13/09/2012 to till date in respect
of Sy No. 29/1 of Neelakanta Agrahara Village.

16. EC from 01/04/2016 to till date in respect of Site No. 02, formed in Sy No. 29/1 of
Neelakanta Agrahara Village, Kasaba Hobli, Malur Taluk.

17. Tax paid receipts for the last five years.

18. 79A and B and 48A endorsement/clearance in respect of Sy.No.29/1 of Neelakanta


Agrahara Village, Kasaba Hobli, Malur Taluk.

19. Endorsement issued by the Tahsildar stating that the land in question is not a free grant
land granted to Schedule Caste or Schedule Tribe people and that there is no
restriction/prohibition under the provisions of P.T.C.L. Act in respect of property in
question.

20. Endorsement from Taluk Thasildar and DC Nil proceedings of section 136 (3)

21. Get the NOC from BMRDA.

22. Get the NOC from National Highway Authority of India (NHAI).
23. Get the NOC from KIADB.

24. Any Mortgages, if so details.

25. Erecting of Board and Paper publication is advisable.

26. To ensure that the Property in question is not acquired (future acquisition - ?) by
any authority and advisable to survey and identify the land and to check/verify all
original title documents and to tally the same with the physical boundary and
measurement and also to check and ensure that there are no pending court case/s, in
respect of the Property in question and also to ensure that the land owners have not
executed any agreements of sale in favor of third parties. and check and verify zone
in the CDP whether the land is adjacent to Lake or Nala (kaluve)

On the production of the above, further title to be traced.
