your profile carefully and make sure

. ln order to effectively communicate event details, Community Services
prefers that the primary email address is a family or person¿¡l email, not a

o lf at any time a family member's information is incorrect, please contact your
District Office to update.This cannot be done online or through Community

Military Housing events arefree, along with free internet, courtesy patrol,

and roadside assistance.This is Lincoln's way of showing our residents we appreciate
them.

Why aren't all of my family member's listed on my profile?

lf a family member is not on your profile, it means your Lease lnformation has not been
updated. You must go to your District Office with your PAGE 2 to update your lease to
include allfamily members living in your household, including their date of birth.

What are the afitendance rules for the events?

Ourevents are strictlyforfamily members on the service member's PAGE 2 form only.

How does the lottery system work?

Don't be intimidated by the word " lotteryi'We use a lottery system so everyone has a fair
chance to enter. lt is not first come, first serve. Lottery event registrations have a start date
and end date; you must enter on the website during those dates. Once the lottery has
ended, names are selected randomly and families are notified via email to let them know
that they have been selected for the event. All lotteries begin at 8:30 AM and end at Noon
on the dates stated.

How do I know if lwas selected for an event?

lf you are selected for an event, you will receive a "winners email" letting you know you
were selected.This email contains details on how to confirm yourattendance. You must
confirm your spot, and follow the instructions in the email. lf you do not confirm by
the deadline given in the email, we will assume you are no longer interested and select
another family from the list. Make sure you are cl'recking your Spam folders as sometimes
the emails get filtered directly to them.
