Our factory have produced both any kind of steel constructions and special machines which is
demanded by industrial process since 1986. Chemical industry in particular needs that require a very
thorough and careful study made of stainless steel or structural steel reactor with jacket or without
jacket, boilers, heat exchangers ( condenser ), all kind of mixers, silos, pressure vessels, basketmill,
evaporator, PVA plant, Alkyd plant, DOP plant, filling machine and other structures have been
successfully manufactured.

Because of those succesfully productions, our company has become both leading and wanted
company in industry. Furthernmore, we made international production successfully with TBMA –
Europe – Dupont – Akzo – Nobel- Herberts – Dow Chemical- ARTA Moquette Co. and Vodan
Chemical .

Other property of company is that are following new technologies and endlessly developing new
product.Moreover, we are chasing both national and international fairs/exhibitions which concern
with our sector.So we have continued to develop by making the necessary investments.New
established Elektro Polisaj Unit is the latest example of that.

Our company took distribution right of Oliver y Battle S.A. which is a Spanish company and has
notable reputation in both chemical and paint sector in addition to selling machines by taking licence
right of Olive y Battle in Turkey. since 1999.
In 2003 , we signed contract, which concerns about distrubution, with ATP Engineering,
Holland.After that we have undertaken to selling Laboratory Mixers ( branded of Diperlux )in
Turkey.

Atılım Makine will succesfully complete the work/tasks, which are given us, with 50 exceeding the
technical employees , superior equipment and technology, well trained, qualified personnel as we did
before.

Finally our company take quality documents of ISO 9001:2008 which are given by DAS ( Direct
Assesment Services ) every year.

History of Gebze Technical University
Gebze Technical University (GTU) was established with the decree of the Grand National Assembly of
Turkey on November 4, 2014, based on the foundations and experience of Gebze Institute of Technology
(GYTE) founded in 1992, inheriting and embracing its 22-year heritage. Gebze Technical University is the
youngest but an experienced university to become the most important hub for science in Turkey with its
infrastructure, structure and academic staff.
Gebze Technical University started its educational activities with a total of 80 students in 1994 with
graduate programs in Electronics Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Materials Science and
Engineering, Business Administration, Biology and Chemistry Departments.
Until 2001, only graduate education was provided at Gebze Technical University. In 2001, undergraduate
education was started in Computer Engineering and Electronics Engineering Departments. Following
these departments, Materials Science and Engineering, Mathematics and Physics Departments in 2002;
Architecture and Business Administration Departments in 2008; Molecular Biology and Genetics
Departments in 2010; and Environmental Engineering Department in 2016 started providing
undergraduate education. Today, Gebze Technical University continues its educational activities with 25
graduate programs and 9 undergraduate departments.
As of 2017, 6626 students, including 2589 undergraduate and 4037 graduate students, continue their
education at Gebze Technical University.

 The participants from NATIONAL COMPANY FOR CHEMISTRY LTD company will arrive to
Turkey 17 of November and they will be picked up from the airport by ATILIM COMPANY
driver and they will arrive to the hotel to take a rest.

The arranged hotel will be RAMADA HOTEL GEBZE:

All the participants from NATIONAL COMPANY will stay in RAMADA GEBZE HOTEL during the time period to
complete the education course. The hotel will provide breakfast and dinner so participants do not need to pay.

UNIVERSAL TYPE PILOT PLANT:

Our product of universal type pilot plant is suitable for many productions. It has
reactor&blender with agitator,vertical column,horizantol condenser, decantor, colleting
tanks,speical feeder which you can load product under pressure, nitrogen inlet,vacuum
inlet,water&vacuum&hot oil pump,cooling tower unit, hot oil boiler and wide
platform,eyesight,safety disks and ventiles, electrical boards. Our estimated production time
is 4 weeks but in urgent Project we can manufacture less than 3 weeks.Also we can add
any necessary connection into system which is required by customer.

USAGE EXPLANATION:
Pilot plants are used in high-tonnage industrial chemical plant reactor, blender, decanters,
heat
transfer oil boiler, heat exchangers and industrial plants are miniature versions of the
system,
including elements such as columns.
Breakthrough Machine paint and paint all kinds of raw materials for producing systems,
innovation in processes to their customers that they want to produce in the form of pilot
plants
provide the opportunity to apply. Alkyd resin, P. V., Thin Film Evaporator, DOP, DOTP in
the

solutions.
The pilot plant has a significant positive impact on the solution of the commercial process
and
give your investment decisions.
Pilot plant experiments also will assist the determination of the removal of the cost
calculation
process and the reaction products to be processed.
The types of requests in order to coming next fall rate of increase in export demand for the
abundant small-volume highly variable and products with structural features to be delivered
in a
short time, our company has manufactured a pilot system with high flexible production
methods
are innovative and add value.
Pilot plants poses important in R & D projects;
The creation and operation of a pilot plant is considered main objective to gain experience
as
part of an R & D as long as the engineering data to be used in the following and other data
were
collected.

The pariticipant will be picked up from the hotel and they will arrive to GEBZE TECHNICAL UNIVERSITY at PILOT
PLANT AREA. The lecture program will start at 08.00 a.m. and continue until 19.30 p.m.

In this day there will be real pilot plant Unsaturated Poliester Production. ATILIM MAKINA will collect all the needed
raw materials for one formulation of UPR and trainees will see real production and get experience in pilot plant
uses and how a poliester reaction happens. Trainess should take record to observe reaction
temperature,column,decantor phases,agitator uses to handle the heat and use of hot oil boiler and other technical
things. This day will be very useful to see real applications to observe how all items connected and related with
each other. All trainees must take production records and they will write and arrange report how temperature,acid
value and other parameters change related with each other.

4 TH DAY OF THE LECTURE PROGRAM.

will check the production plant of ATILIM MAKINA and running projects to have an idea how machines and
universal reactors&plant are manufactured and after that we will make visit Chemical Factories to see real
production plants to have an idea how industrial type production plants are. We will try to have a chance also to
see different types of production plants like universal type production plant, polymer reactions and other industries
also. During the day lunch will be taken at a reasturant and Friday pray will be arranged also to pray in the mosque.
