Transcendent Perspective (excellence). Skilled Care assured their customer that

they would be offered excellent services and products that will answer to their

needs.

Product Perspective (quantities of product attributes). The Skilled Care

Pharmacy made sure that all products are of date and are safe for their

customers.

User Perspective (fitness for intended use). The pharmacy also provided efficient

medical records for the customers and consulting services to include pharmacy,

nursing, dietary, and social services depending on the customer’s preference and

needs. This is a way of ensuring that the services to be provided is what’s best

for the patient.
