Keeping streets and parks clean is certainly something which is often discussed in today’s world.It
is highly debatable whether only the government should be responsible for it.As far as I am
concerned,I am for discussing the arguments before reaching the conclusion.
Initially,despite of the fact that the government plays a great role in every society’s problem, it is
everyone’s duty to take care of environment with the aim of having clean streets.Futhermore,if
people do not think about themselves and their health and do not put their garbage into rubbish
bins,then who? Added to this the point of view of the individual,shcools,universities and this kind of
institutions have to take a part in events in order to prevent throwing garbage on the benches or on
the streets,so they can also play a significant role to have pure town.

In addition,regardless of the fact that the government has done everything to prevent pollution,
we do not have a result,since people still cannot realize how important is it to have clean streets and
continue polluting our nature. To say it in other words,rubbish bins are put and landfillds are made
by the government,which are available everywhere in town.The system of cleaning is also improved
but without any results,as it does not depend on government, it depend on society.

On the other hand, government can play major role by monitoring the objects manufactured by
the companies. they can enforce these organisations to produce durable items which can be used for
the longer duration or can be recycle easily and quickly.Moreover,it is vital for taking care of
environment to have monitoring in the streets,where should be plenty of rubbish bins.

Taking all the points into consideration,society is to blame for having a polluted environment,
although the government is also guilty for not doing everything well.As a consequence we have
contaminated habit
