which reflect that company is in very liquid state. There is no cash crunch for the company and
e.b.i.t.d.a has also increased largely. This shows company is in very healthy financial position in
market and it is nothing likely to be affecting the company’s strong hold because of its strong
liquid state.

14) 14th slide. Open this slide and say that the dividend % had increased very much but dividend
payout is slightly low as because of many internal reasons as company is maintain high reserves
etc. the E.p.s was slightly down in year 07 and 08 but it gain momentum later on and now takes a
new height. As we look up to the debt equity ratio which was at very high point in the starting
which showed that the company was having some financial risk and there was burden of debt on
the company but as the year 2007 pass it start declining very steeply and from year 2008 it is just
negligible. It indicates that there is very very less financial leverages on company and company is
nearly debt free and having perfect capital mix and enjoying high revenue.
