Our Proposed Framework Plan

Community Driven
The communities of Adams County and West Central
Illinois wish to adopt a plan which seeks to reopen
the economic and social components of our society
with a phased approach that relies on medical
experts, business leaders and community partners.

The Power of Partnership | AdamsCountyTogether.com 5

Our Goal

Planning for our future

The plan is broken down into distinct phases.
Before proceeding with each phase, the community must show a positive
or stable trend of indicators and avoid “red flags” which would cause our
medical community to question our readiness to proceed to the next phase.
Adams County Emergency Management will report the status on phasing to
the community.
