Covid-19 Producer Notification

On Monday, April 27, 2020 Indiana Packers Corp. will suspend operations at Delphi, IN plant until further
notice due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

The Procurement Department will be available daily to answer questions or provide market updates.

As soon as we have a schedule to reopen the plant, the Procurement Department will contact you to
coordinate hog movement into the facility. Please be advised this may be a slow process, as such your
hog buyer may be limiting your% delivered to the plant equal to the% reduction from full capacity. As
production increases the Procurement Department will advise increased volume to be delivered.

CME Contracts- May delivery contracts will be extended beyond the Current May 16th deadline with out
penalty.
