Comments:

I am very pleased to write a recommendation for Ahsan Arca. I highly recommend her for the Transition
to Practice Residency Program.

Ahsan was enrolled in my class, Fundamental, in the summer 2019 and in Medical Surgical Nursing in
the fall of 2019. As her professor, I have had the opportunity to observe her participation and interaction
in class and to evaluate her knowledge of a nursing student.

Ahsan is a hard working student. She expressed that she always had the desire to help people. When she
was young, her mother was ill and she saw the role of nurses. As she became older, she saw that in the
role of professional nurse, she could meet her goal of helping people. Ahsan has expressed a desire to
work in the ED or on an ICU for adults or pediatrics.

Ahsan is ready and eager to grow from the challenges she will be presented in the Residency Program.
Her desire for helping others and willingness to learn all that she can will make her an asset in the
