Proactive Reports
This option allows the admin to generate certain reports at regular intervals and automatically email to

SMTP Configuration
System Alerts
System alerts can be used to set email alerts if any service stops abruptly. User receives the alerts if
system experience some network related issues and could not perform desired tasks. Also, if a service is
disabled for 30 minutes, concerned user will get the alert.

Alert Configuration
The Alert configuration is the GUI where the alerts can be managed. Both the email and SMS alerts can
be managed in the alert configuration page.
