Harita has been formed after the identification of one of the pressing need present in
the sector of sustainable production and consumption, where many of the artisans
groups are organized and trainings are given by NGOs under different funded
projects. But once the training is over, most of the time, the groups who received the
training are left with no means of production or marketing them. The reason for this
is mainly the apathy of NGOs in many cases, and in a great number of cases, any
attempt by the NGOs to carry on production and market them gets trembled owning
marketing. Harita Enterprises is looking forward to fill in this gap existing in a large
systems in place and establish lasting marketing channels for them. In effect, Harita
will manage these groups ensuring the fair wages for all working in these groups
and make sure that the demand for their products is always generated and the
production is done in a continuous manner so that the orders in hand are always
honored on time.
