Homemade Dandelion Bread 425

Ingredients: 2 Eggs

1/3 Cup Dandelion Petals 5 Cups Bread or All Purpose Flour

1 Cup Milk More Flour for Kneading

1 Packet or 1 Tablespoon Dry Active Yeast Directions:

1/2 Cup Warm Water 1. Pick the dandelions in an area that has not been

1/4 Cup Honey sprayed. Wash them, & cut the petals. Heat the milk &

2 Teaspoons Salt dandelions on the stove to a slight boil. Cool until warm.

1/2 Cup Softened Butter 2. Mix the yeast, water, and honey. Let set until foamy.
3. Mix in butter, salt & eggs to the yeast mixture.

4. Mix in the milk and honey mixture.

5. Work in the flour intil it is soft & elastic like.

6. Kead with more flour. Until it doesn't stick.

7. Put in a big, sprayed mixing bowl, with a towel over it for 90 minutes, or until it doubles in size.

8. Cut it in 1/2 & and put it in sprayed bread pans.

9. Bake for 30 minutes, or until a tooth pick comes clean at 425 degrees.

10. Let cool, cut and serve.
