Masters Level Intern , January 2019 – Present
■ Conducts comprehensive clinical assessments and provides individual therapy to adolescents and
adults. Duties include completing progress notes, creating diagnosis based treatment plans,
preparing interventions, and providing psychoeducation. Also may contact client collaterals with
consent in order to coordinate care and enrich treatment.
