Bumi Gumati Resort & Convention is located in the cool-climate area of Bogor . It offers on-site
outbound and conference facilities as well as free access in public areas. Jungleland Theme Park is a 15
minute drive away.

Comfortable air conditioned room comes with flat-screen, electric kettle and air conditioning. En Suite
bathroom offers a shower, slippers and free toiletries. Room service can also be accommodated. A mini
market can be found within a 10 minute drive from property.

Operating a 24 hours front desk, the friendly staff at Bumi Gumati Resort & Convention can assist guests
with laundry and dry services at additional charges. Other facilities offered on site included garden and
children playground. Guest can enjoy an array of activities including billiard, table tennis, volly ball and
karaoke. The property offers free parking.

Bumi Gumati Resort & Convention is a 15 minute drive to Bellanova Mall, Bogor city centre is a 30 minute
drive away and Soekarno Hatta International Airport is 2 hours driveaway.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Cut of Date
Contract agreement should be received by the hotel at latest by Monday, August 10th
2015 before 12.00 pm. Otherwise the booking will be released automatically or should
your company have credit facilities, kindly send us the guarantee letter according to the
limited time mentioned above.
2. Payment will be settled with Cash.Unless guaranteed by credit card or Letter of
undertaking should the company. The payment should be settled before check in. If the
bank proof transfer has not been received until the date payment will be charged in cash
before the event finished or check-out time.

4. Late Charge

In the event that any payment required to be paid by client here under is not made
within thirty (30) days of when due, Client or customers shall pay to Bumi Gumati
Convention Resort Hotel, in addition to such payment the client shall bear a interest fee
at the rate of two point five percent (2,5 %) per month.

5. Force Majeure

This agreement will terminate without liability to either party if substantial performance
of either party's obligations is delayed, impeded or prevented by any cause reasonably

beyond that party’s control. Such causes include, but are not limited to, acts of God,
regulations or orders or governmental authorities, fire, flood or explosion, global war,

disaster, civil disorder, curtailment of transportation facilities, regional health warning or
epidemics, high risks of regional terrorist attacks or other emergencies making it
inadvisable, illegal or otherwise impossible to provide the facilities or the services as to
hold any function; any delay in necessary and essential construction or renovation of the
Venue, arrest or seizure under legal process, strike, lockout, work stoppage, other
restraints of labour, either partial or general, from whatever cause. In this regard, Mirah
Hotel Bogor is aware that Company name is an affiliate/subsidiary of a Insurance
company based in Indonesia and hence holds security/ terrorist threats as circumstances
which may render it inadvisable or otherwise impossible to hold the Event. Either party
may terminate this contract for any one or more of such reasons upon written notice to
the party within seven (7) days of such occurrence or receipt of notice of any of the
above occurrences.

6. Liability & Cancellation

The hotel has the right to cancel and/ or to decline any function that is not up to the hotel
standard and/ or will affect the hotel business and security.
Should there will any cancellation, the following conditions will be applied :

 50% from the total revenue will be charge if the cancellation is within 7 days from
the date
 80% from the total revenue will be charge if the cancellation is within 5 days from
the date
 100% from the total revenue will be charge if the cancellation is within 3 days
from the date
