1 Introduction
This document describes how to connect RBS 6000 with RBS 2000 using
external ESB cables.

This section contains information about the hardware used for synchronization
between RBS 6000 and RBS 2000.
The table below shows the synchronization parts used for synchronization
between RBS 6000 and RBS 2000.

DXU-23 on page 4 between DUG and the connection field of the RBS with
DXU-21.
Use the cable described in Figure 5 as the internal ESB cable between the
connection field and DXU-21.

This ESB terminator is fitted with an RJ-45 connector and is used in DXU-31
and the ESB cable with RJ-45 connectors.

This section describes how to connect DUG to DXU-21 with ESB in a GSM
configuration. An example of the connection is shown in Figure 10 and the
connections between DUG to the connection field of the RBS with DXU-21 are
described in Table 4.
Note: The ESB connections between DUG and DXU-11 is same as the ESB
connections between DUG and DXU-21.
