(to Serve Defendants). Text of Order: The motion to extend time for service
(doc. no. 6) is denied. That motion, filed November 24, 2010, is identical to
plaintiffs' first motion for an extension of time (doc. no. 5), which this Court
granted in part, resulting in their having until December 29, 2010, to effect
service. See Order (Nov. 20, 2010). Plaintiffs have failed to provide this Court
with any new grounds for concluding that a further extension should be
granted. Plaintiffs are cautioned that they must effect service within the
specified time or risk dismissal without prejudice as to any defendant who
has not been served, unless good cause is shown for an additional extension
of time. See Fed. R. Civ. P. 4(m). So Ordered by Magistrate Judge Landya
