Discuss four (4) styles of leadership and the impact each of the identified styles on
organisational culture.
 Strategic leadership styles
Strategic leadership is the ability to persuade others to make voluntary
decisions to increase the chances of long-term success of the organization. It
refers to the potential or ability of leaders to show a strategic vision for the
organization. That vision, with the help of appropriate strategies and tools. 
This leadership style enables  create a team of team members which are well-
trained and well-equipped to deal with unforeseen risks and threats. Strategic
leadership style also creates more leaders also delegates guidance and
implementation of protocols to employees, with leaders only intervening in
critical situations.
 Democratic leadership style
The democratic leadership style is more involved in the way that leaders have
to involve team members while making important decisions. It works well for
organizations with highly skilled and experienced team members. The best
part of this leadership style is that communication is higher and lower. It is
also called cooperative leadership that requires leaders who are creative,
thoughtful and capable.
Democratic leaders are one of the most effective leadership styles because
they enable lower-level employees to use the power they need to use wisely
in future positions. It is similar to the decisions made at board meetings.
Disadvantages The democratic process is usually slower and may not work
well in the workplace, where fast decision making is important.
 Authoritarian leadership style
Dictatorship is a strong one-dimensional leadership style that gives leaders /
leaders / managers full power or authority. In this style, leaders make all
decisions without consulting their subordinates or member in the team
This type of leadership can promote a work environment that requires
decision-making and implementation without much discussion, which will lead
to increased productivity and efficiency. 

 Leadership training style


In this leadership style, a leader is like a coach or teacher who is involved in
coaching or supervising team members. It is a relatively modern leadership
style. There is increased staff motivation, increased operational skills,
grooming and motivation for team members.
One of the consequences of this leadership style is that employees feel as
though they have their value and importance. This can promote a more
cohesive team environment in which workers don't feel isolated from
management.

6.      Explain how a charismatic leader can assist in ensuring that a company’s vision
is implemented.
Charismatic leadership is a method of promoting specific behavior in
others through rhetoric, persuasive communication, and personality.
Charismatic leaders attract followers to do things or improve the way they do
things. This is accomplished by cultivating enthusiasm in others to achieve
specified goals or visions. In essence, the charismatic leadership style has
its basis in a form of heroism.
Successful articulation of the vision springs from being a credible
communicator, and this credibility comes from the image of being a credible,
reliable, and knowledgeable person. Charismatic leaders projected this
cuteness through defining a vision that attracted followers' values and using
language strategies to increase credibility. Through the use of Charismatic
leaders expresses motivation and enthusiasm for a new vision. Using clear
verbal communication helps leaders to explain their vision to others more
effectively.
