PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
I am a persuasive individual possessing strong negotiating skills, oral and written
communication skills with a sound and in-depth knowledge in various disciplines of
pharmaceutical sciences.
Presently working as an Assoc. Professor at Balaji Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Laknepally,
Narsampet, Warangal from Jan’2010 to till the date.

A part from academics, we have made some innovations related to prepare and evaluate
some anti microbial agents, as well as some anti inflammatory and analgesic agents from the
known heterocylic rings, in the process of invention we have proved an Some New 55, 7 Aza
isatin derivatives posses a excellent anti microbial activity and also having a very good anti
inflammatory and analgesic activity. Its plainly demonstrate the immense potential as
conceivable medications and the novel one of kind structures set off the union medication leads.

we worked on formulation of few known drugs like NSAIDs (fluoroquinolone /

imidazole) and antibiotics which showed anti cancer activity apart from there anti-inflammatory
and anti microbial activity, we made hydrogel drug delivery systems for these molecules and
tested for anti cancer activity on oral squamous cell carcinoma, DDX3, K562 and HL60cell lines
which found be appealing in reduction of cancer cell proliferation. This invention is suitable for
the treatment of patients with periodontitis and oral cancer. Since the developed formulation has
sustained release property hence it is cost effective and do not require repetitive administration of
conventional dosage forms. The outcomes of our inventions are Patenting, Publishing and
Commercialization.

I did an research work in natural products on Tephrosia maxima (L.) Pers (Leguminosae
(Fabaceae)), is an herbaceous climber that has been generally utilized in Indian traditional
medicine for the treatment of different central nervous system (CNS) disorders. In conclusion,
the present study recommended that TMP extracts possessed potential antidepressant and
anxiolytic effects which could be of therapeutic interest for using in the treatment of patients
with depressive disorders.

And also we submiited, Preparation of Rosuvastatin formulation for treating human oral
squamous cell carcinoma.

And thermo sensitive or thermo reversible hydrogel formulation for sustained antimicrobial
action. invention relates to thermo sensitive or thermo reversible hydrogel formulation for
sustained antimicrobial action

Patents filled:

1. Preparation of Rosuvastatin formulation for treating human oral squamous cell carcinoma,

28-Feb-2017.Application No: 201741006021

2. Thermo sensitive or thermo reversible hydrogel formulation for sustaine antimicrobial action,
29-sep-2017 Application No: 201741033739

➢ With the knowledge on synthetic chemistry Iguided 15 students for various research

Projects in field of medicinal chemistry.

➢ With the expertise in handling various instruments [Bruker NMR 400, Rota flash
evaporator,HPLC, GC, LC/MS, Lyophiliser and FTIR] I have been a coordinator for various
workshops which enhanced the synthetic chemistry/ medicinal chemistry, analytical chemistry
concepts for graduate and postgraduate students.
