Over the last fifteen years, Sula has established itself as a pioneer

and leader in the Indian wine industry, with milestones across its
winemaking, tourism and business ventures. Since the sale of its
first bottle of wine in 1999, Sula has made a mark in the Indian
wine industry as a pioneer and innovator par excellence!
Join us on this journey as we continue to go beyond!

In 1999, Rajeev Samant established Sula Vineyards, Nashik's first

winery and paved the way for the emergence of India's Wine
Capital, with almost 35 other wineries following suit in the region
over the next decade & symbolized the rich, Indian heritage of his
wines. This waswine that took pride in being Indian, being the
first company in the country to use an Indian logo.

Spread over a total of over 3000 acres, Sula's owned and contract-
ed vineyards are home to some of India's finest grapes and the
site of the latest in viticulture innovation and technology.

Our farmers are partners in our journey to produce excellent

wines and we work hand-in-hand to secure their supply, provide
on-ground training and support, and share the latest in sustain-
able winegrowing practices.
The Sula Story
Sula Vineyards is India’s leading premium wine producer, and
commands a majority market share across the country. In 1999,
CEO and Founder, Rajeev Samant, started Sula Vineyards, with
the goal of bringing quality wine to India.

Sula’s estate vineyards are located in the idyllic settings of

Nashik in northern Maharashtra, approximately three hours
away from Mumbai. Apart from revolutionizing the wine
industry in India, Sula’s major contribution was to place Nashik
Valley as a premium wine producing region, on the world wine
map as one of Asia’s major wine producing and tourism
regions.

Today, Nashik is known as ‘The Cradle of Indian Wine’ with 80%

of India’s wine produced here, as many others followed
Samant’s path.

Sula is a true pioneer in Indian wines and is India’s No. 1 Quality

Winery.

expression is created using a technique pioneered by our Malt
Master and its warm, spicy flavours are transformed with the
alchemy of the Solera Vat. Aged in three different types of casks:
sherry, traditional bourbon and new oak, the whisky is mellowed in
our unique Solera Vat, a large oak tun inspired by the sherry
bodegas of Spain and Portugal. Never emptied, and kept half full of
whiskies since 1998, Solera Vat is the culmination of curious minds
and the pioneering spirit of the family. It’s also the secret behind this
whisky becoming the first 15 year old expression to enter the top
ten bestselling malts.

Glenfiddich 18 YO
Scotland

Fine Spanish Oloroso wood and American oak are used to mature
this rich, intriguingly fruity and robust oak expression, but there are
many more reasons why this expression is special. Every batch is
individually numbered and carefully watched over. Each has
extraordinary consistency and character from an intense marrying
period, and a warming distinguished finish. A truly exceptional
single malt, the result not just eighteen years of care and attention
but of whisky-making craft and knowledge passed down through
the generations

Glenfiddich 21 YO
Patiently matured for 21 years on-site at the distillery, it is an
exquisite, traditional Speyside whisky, rich and ripe with our
Glenfiddich signature notes. But rather than bottle it, as other
distillers would, the Glenfiddich Malt Master, Brian Kinsman, hand
picks selected barrels and adds a sublime finishing touch. By
finishing our 21 Year Old in Caribbean rum casks it awakens the
liquid, rousing it with extra exotic notes of ginger, fig, lime and
banana and a vibrant spicy toffee warmth, elevating it from
something great to something extraordinary.

Glenfiddich 26 YO

A rare and aged single malt Scotch whisky that has spent 26 long
years carefully maturing in American Oak ex-bourbon cask. This
expression was created to honour Glenfiddich’s line of continuous
family ownership since William Grant founded the distillery in 1887.
Doing things their own way means they can create a luxurious
single malt that truly lives up to its name. They’ve created a vibrant
yet soft and delicate expression, with a deep and complex balance
of sweetness and dry oak tannin. Bound to excite the palate and
awaken the nose.

The Balvenie Double Wood 12 YO

Scotland
The Balvenie DoubleWood 12 year old single malt whisky gains
its distinctive character from being matured in two wood types:
first traditional whisky casks, namely twelve years in American
Oak ex-Bourbon barrels, followed by an additional nine months
in ex-Oloroso Sherry Casks. The whisky is then transferred to
large oak vessels called “tuns” for 3-4 months to allow the
whiskies to “marry”. The resulting whisky has aromas of sweet
fruit and Oloroso sherry notes, layered with honey and vanilla.
The palate is nutty, with cinnamon spiciness and a delicate layer
of sherry.

The Balvenie Caribbean Cask 14 YO

Scotland
The Balvenie Caribbean Cask 14 year old single malt whisky has
been matured in traditional oak whisky casks for 14 years, and
then ‘finished’ in casks that previously held Caribbean rum. The
result is an exceptional single malt whisky with the traditional
smooth, honeyed character of The Balvenie married with notes
of rich, creamy toffee, vanilla and a hint of fresh fruit, with a
warm, lingering finish.

The Balvenie Peated Cask 17 YO
Scotland
The DoubleWood 17 Year Old sees the whisky matured fi¬rst in
American oak barrels, which impart soft sweet vanilla notes,
before being transferred to European oak sherry casks where
the second cask ageing adds rich spicy flavours and a depth
and fullness of flavor. The DoubleWood 17 Year Old is an elder
sibling to Double Wood 12 Year Old and shares its honeyed,
spicy characteristics, but it is distinctly different, with deeper
vanilla notes, hints of green apple, creamy toffee and a striking
richness and complexity. It tastes almost sweet, with dried fruits
and sherbet spice on its palate, along with toasted almonds and
cinnamon, layered with a richness of creamy toffee notes and
traces of oak and deep vanilla.

The Balvenie Port Wood 21 YO

Scotland
To create The Balvenie PortWood 21 year old single malt whisky,
a marriage of rare Balvenie is transferred to port casks, or pipes,
which have held fine port wines. Considered by many to be
David’s finest creation, this whisky is one of his proudest
achievements and has won an array of highly coveted industry
awards since its release in 1996. A perfume of fruity and ripe
raisin notes on the nose, backed by a nutty dryness. Refined
with remarkable character, it is creamy and silky on the palate
with fruit, honey and spice notes. The finish is long, gentle and
nutty.

RUM, GIN & CACHAÇA

Mount Gay Rum

Every great story begins with a time and a place. For Mount Gay Rum that time and
place is the Caribbean Island of Barbados in 1703. Rum, originally called “Kill-Devil” by
the Barbadians who first distilled it, is truly a product of the island. The abundance of
molasses combined with the culinary ingenuity of early settlers and of course their
legendary thirst for alcohol lead to this unique discovery in the production of spirits.
Mount Gay Rum is the product of over 300 years of knowledge, experience and
refinement applied to the process of making rum. Each of our rum’s complex flavours
have been coaxed from natural Barbadian ingredients and the input of many
generations of master blenders, distillers and the evolving palates of rum shop
patrons.

Mount Gay is the oldest most storied rum in the world. For more than 300 years
Mount Gay has remained true to their signature style of aging and blending single
and double distillates for distinctive aromatic character and smooth finish.

Eclipse Handcrafted Rum

Barbados

Eclipse was conceived in 1910, when the twin phenomena of a

total solar eclipse and the passing of Halley’s Comet inspired a
new blend from the brand. Eclipse is the reference for
character, body and aroma by which our Master Blender Allen
Smith uses to blend every variety of Mount Gay Rum. For many
rum aficionados Eclipse is also the reference by which all rum
should be measured. Eclipse has a brilliant golden amber
colour and a luxuriously complex aroma.

Silver Handcrafted Rum

Barbados

Silver is a blend of single and double distillates which are

charcoal filtered for a clean, aromatic character and a fuller
body than competitive silver rums. Clean and aromatic in
contrast to Eclipse’s rich smokiness, Silver offers a balanced,
mellow harmony of sugar cane syrup and banana, infused with
notes of peppermint and citrus.

Hendrick’s Gin
Scotland

Hendrick’s is an iconoclastically produced, small-batch gin

distilled in the decidedly un-ginnish Scotland, drawing upon
centuries of distilling expertise and plentiful pure soft water.
Hendrick’s values the sublimely abnormal quality of our
ingredients, and we source the most delightful and least
ordinary palette of eleven botanicals from the four corners of
the world. Hendrick’s uses a marriage of two spirits from
Carter-Head and Bennet Still. By combining the spirits from
the two stills we create a divinely smooth gin that has both
the required character and balance of subtle flavors.

Pitú Cachaca
Brazil

Cachaça has been perfectly described as the spirit of Brazil. It is

a spicy sweet and fruity clear liquor made from fermented
sugarcane juice. By law, cachaça must be produced in Brazil. It
is best known for its role in the famous cocktail The Caipirinha.
If cachaça is the spirit of Brazil, then Pitú – one if its oldest
producers – is the spirit of the Caipirinha. It is the most widely
recognized brand of cachaça in the world. When drunk neat, it
has a grassy flavor and a subtly herbaceous nose, with hints of
sugarcane juice.
