REMEMBER: How can I make sentences with the verb TO BE:

For make sentences in affirmative and Negative form, remember you can use CONTRACTIONS
Para realizar oraciones en forma afirmativa y negativa, recuerda que puedes usar ABREVIACIONES.

INTERROGATIVE FORM (TO BE)


YES/ NO QUESTION
Para armar preguntas, cuya respuesta es sí o no; solo debes anteponer el verbo al pronombre de la siguiente
forma:
ARE YOU a student?
Esta son las opciones de respuesta para la pregunta anterior:Yes, I am / No, I am not.

INFORMATION QUESTIONS
Las preguntas de información son aquellas que realizamos cuando queremos conocer a una persona. Por
ejemplo: su nombre, su apellido, su dirección, edad, teléfono, entre otros datos. Para armar este tipo de
preguntas en inglés necesitamos de las siguientes palabras:
WH QUESTIONS:
La estructura para crear este tipo de ORACIÓN es la siguiente:
What (Qué)
Wh Question + verb to be + pronouns+ complement
Where (Dónde)
Example: What is your name?
When (Cuándo)
How (Cómo)

REMEMBER: El significado de A y AN es un o una, es el mismo para ambos casos; y se utiliza en el
caso que sea un solo objeto del cual hablamos. Example: A board (un tablero) - A table (una mesa).
El articulo AN lo utilizamos cuando el nombre del objeto inicia por vocal. Example: AN eraser (un
borrador).
Ahora bien, el articulo SOME se utiliza cuando hablamos de varios objetos. Example: SOME pencils
(algunos lápices).

REPASAR VOCABULARIO DE LOS OBJETOS DEL SALÓN DE CLASES.
