Meeting called to order at 3:00 P.M.
Venue: PPP Building Grade One- Camia Classroom
Proceedings:
The meeting started at 3:00 in the afternoon. The meeting started with a short
prayer led by Mrs. Zalbe Quiloña. In our meeting today I discussed the following
important matters with the parents/guardian of my pupils.
1. NSO Birth Certificate
2. Attendance of their children
3. Daily Class Schedule
4. Importance of follow up regarding the studies of their children
5. Behaviour of their children inside the classroom
6. Proper Uniform
7. Deworming
8. School-Based Feeding Program
9. K to 12 Grading System
10. Election of Homeroom P.T.A. Officers
