Project Title Tomorrow – Set it Off

Section 1: Review (Approx 100 words)

This year, I have learnt how to create a detailed plan and pre-production folder
which allows for me to have a clear understanding of what I am going to be doing
each day. I have also been able to develop my communication, organisation and
team work skills. I understand how to record footage and then upload that footage
to a computer, this is the same for audio. I am able to use different editing
techniques to create a final media product using Final cut Pro and Photoshop in
order to complete a brief.

Section 2: Project Concept (approx 250 words)

Within this project I will be working with Olivia to create a music video that shows a
positive view on society, I will be doing this by using both archive footage and my
own footage to show what different people are doing to have a positive effect on
society. I will be showing some of the activities that I have been taken part in with
my own family to show a positive view on society as I will be showing how people
come together. I will be using the song 'Tomorrow' by Set it off. This song has a
positive meaning that says that no matter what happens there is always another
day so if one does not go how it was planned to there will always be the next day to
have another attempt. I will be using children’s toys, that will be my own footage, to
represent different parts of society, this will allow for me to show both a personal
connection to my work as well as allowing me to get some footage that is my own. I
have chosen to create a music video that shows a positive view on society as there
is a lot of negativity within the world, I wish to show that there are still positives. I
will be using different editing apps that I can use my phone for to be able to create
a final media product.
Section 3: Evaluation (approx 50 words)
I am recording my progress on “Weebly” which is the online website builder that I
am currently using to track the progress that I am making within my project. This is
important as it allows for me to track the progression of my project and why it is
progressing in such a way.
