CALL FOR SUMISSION AND DEVELOPMENT OF K TO 12 ALIGNED

ALTERNATIVE DELIVERY MODE(ADM) MODULES

1. With the extension of the Enhanced Community Quarantine due to COVID 19 and
in case the online classes shall be an option in the opening of classes in June 2020,
this office requires the field to do the development of complete ADM modules from
Kindergarten to Grade 12 aligned to K to12 curriculum. SPED, MADRASH and ALS
are also encouraged to develop. Modules for the first quarter shall be prioritized and
will be submitted on or before May 11, 2020.

2. Education Program Supervisors shall organize development teams composed

of teachers and school heads to be managed and supervised online.

3. The Education Program Supervisors shall pre-evaluate the content of the

developed modules before submission to the Learning Resources
Management and Development Section for quality assurance and
conformance to the Bureau of Learning Resource standards.

4. Public Schools District Supervisors shall support the development of the

above-mentioned materials and shall collaborate with the Education
Program Supervisors in the pre-evaluation of the developed materials. This is
to ensure the rapid development and achievement of the desired output in
preparation to the possible online classes in June.

5. The Education Program Supervisors are also encouraged to develop and

submit other forms of learning materials such as; activity sheet, video

lessons, presentations through slide decks, bigbooks, small books and other
supplementary reading materials relevant to the needs of the learners in
their specific area.

6. The ADM standard and Templates are downloadable at

7. Submission of the developed learning materials shall be done on the same

link stated above.
