Objective (state the behavior, situation, & criterion)- SWBAT perform HIIT workouts to burn
calories after consuming a munchkin.

in a munchkin and how to burn it.

and cooperatively during all class activities.
Teacher Objective: The teacher will ensure student safety throughout the entire lesson, learn as
many names as possible, and ensure students are treating equipment properly.
