This cake is horrible. It’s dry and way too dense. I thought I just couldn’t bake cake well but I’ve made several other cakes now that
were all really good and realized that this one is absolute garbage. It comes up as the number one recipe when you search for cakes,
but whatever you do don’t use it.

Horrible. My cake overflowed in the oven, causing a house fire.

Smells weird like a bland pancake, but tastes like cornbread! Very odd that anyone could like this, but everyone is different I suppose....

I agree with the last person who reviewed it. While I was baking it, it was a weird consistency, so I was worried it would not come out
right. I literally said, "tastes like cornbread" when I tried it! Don't waste your time!

So I followed the recipe as written. Never does. It say "combine dry ingredients, set bowl aside!" So I kept adding things as listed then
it says to add flour and cream equally? What? Wait! So I'm not sure what I will get when this is over!

5 out of 5 would recommend. It tastes bomb and it was good for stacking. I was probably most happy with this cake that I have ever
been with one of my creations. Awesome and i'm so happy with it.

It turned out ok but had the taste of a pancake and very little vanilla taste. Plus it was super dense. It is an ok recipe but I used Mexican
vanilla which has more vanilla flavor to it. But like I said a biscuit or pancake type taste and super dense.
