SIMPLIFYING TRANSITIONS
Your offices are diverse, fast-paced, and aren’t constrained by geography. However, it’s
still important for you and your employees to connect and collaborate. Whether you wish
to work together one on one, keep in touch with business messaging, or brainstorm in
larger meetings, being able to connect is critical.

You need to give your employees access to the technology and communications tools
that make collaboration possible. Of course, these services should be cost-effective and
might use a mix of on-premises infrastructure, and cloud-based services, depending on
the needs of your employees.

Your transition to cloud-based technology, and to subscription-based purchasing, might

include one of these scenarios:
 On-premises communications infrastructure and a subscription-based payment
model, with lower up-front costs and predictable pricing as you expand and move to
the cloud at your own pace.
 Adding cloud-based services while initially retaining your collaboration infrastructure
on premises.
 <<PartnerName>>’s proposed Cisco Collaboration Flex Plan streamlines the
transition to the cloud with an OpEX commercial model designed to help you manage
that journey to subscription and to the cloud.

MEETINGS, CALLING, AND TEAM COLLABORATION IN ONE

OFFER
<<PartnerName>> is pleased to propose the Cisco Collaboration Flex Plan, which
includes cloud and on-premises collaboration deployment models in one subscription-
based offer. This is a simple and economical way for you to make the transition to the
cloud.

Simplify your purchasing process and combine all contracts in one. One subscription
agreement covers software, upgrades, and provides a commercial mechanism to
streamline the transition to the cloud.

The proposed Cisco Collaboration Flex Plan provides company-wide meetings, team
collaboration, and calling features. It makes it easy for you to give users access to the
services they need, without being concerned with how they are delivered.

<<PartnerName>>’s proposed Cisco Collaboration Flex Plan allows you to choose from
these three subscription-buying models for your business.
 Cisco Enterprise Agreement subscriptions enable your users to access meeting
and calling services. Gain maximum value by enabling services for everyone in your
organization for meetings, or calling, or both
 The Active User subscription is ideal for those who are unable to make a full
enterprise commitment on Cisco Enterprise Agreement for meetings and need a
solution within the proposed Cisco Collaboration Flex Plan that provides minimal
upfront commitment and the ability to pay for growth as adoption occurs. Anyone
can host or schedule a meeting, and you pay only for those who use the entitlement.
 The Named User subscription provides meeting or calling services to individuals,
teams, or departments. Your purchase is based on the number of people who need
calling services. Grow at your own pace
Team collaboration, with Cisco Webex Teams™, is included in each buying model

The Proposed Cisco Collaboration Flex Plan Advantage

With this proposed Cisco Collaboration Flex Plan subscription, you’ll be able to streamline
your transition to the cloud. You can choose your mix of premises- and cloud-based
solutions. It’s also easy to change that mix as you transition more to the cloud and retire
infrastructure as it ages or as you move more collaboration services to the cloud.

Provide Everything Your Employees Need to Get Work Done

Named User—Meetings and Calling

In addition to the enterprise-wide meetings and calling model available for Cisco
Enterprise Agreement, the Named User buying model allows you to purchase meetings
and calling services for individuals, teams, or branch offices, and add more services as
adoption grows. This means you can easily add cloud, on-premises or hosted calling
services to an existing Flex Plan contract, without re-defining that commercial
agreement.
