Classroom Safety
My first goal when I became a class adviser is to promote a classroom which
is conducive to learning. I establish rapport in the classroom by showing them
respect towards others. I keep a clean and orderly classroom. I allow students to be
openly expressive and encouraging to others and I let them feel that they are safe in
the classroom.
Student Celebration
Every end of the quarter, I usually posted the list of honor students, conduct
awardees, perfect attendance and early bird awardees. I even conducted a simple
recognition program in my classroom so that they will become more motivated to do
better and to let others encourage to achieve more and more. I also instill to their
minds that anybody who will do his/her task even with less supervision from me will
