Course Description

This course comprises the different aspects of planning, developing, organizing and successfully managing
different projects including a flavor of practicality. Students would be motivated to come up with the novel
ideas and methods to monitor the projects which they would be doing in their respective groups.

Course Objective

Most important purpose of offering this course is to provide a chance to the students to encounter the challenges which
most of the professionals do in their fields of interest by handling different challenging projects.

Learning Outcomes

At the end of this course, the student will be able to; 1.Understand the characteristics of project and project management.
2. Define a project. 3. Plan a project. 4. Organize a project. 5. Implement, trace and control a project. 6. Terminate and
post-evaluate a project.

Teaching and Learning Methodology

Self-study, lectures, presentations, and discussions


Expected Class Conduct

Students are expected to be on time, find a seat, and be prepared to engage in the work of the class. No
students are allowed to leave the class without any critical reason. Students are expected to stay in class until
the class is over. Projects and assignments are expected on due time. Students are expected to turn off cell
phones, electronic devices during class. Exceptions are permitted only with the professor’s prior permission.
