2020 YEAR PLAN

JANUARY;
In this month I’d like to improve as a person in these areas of
my life.
1. Spiritually
2. Body wise (when it comes to appearance)
3. Education wise

Now we ask the question how am I going to do this well……..


1.Spiritually
So far I’ve tried to pray and read the bible but that hasn’t
ended too well. I’ve only prayed twice I think and read the
bible once. Sooooo I think you see what I mean when I say
things haven’t ended too well. Sooo here’s how I plan on
dealing with this.
 So firstly I’m going to get rid of all distractions that can
hinder me, either it be music, videos, movies or items.
 I’ll repent to Jesus for my wrong doings and ask God to
forgive me
 I’ll start going for bible studies again for moral support so
that I’m not in this alone
 I’ll create a timetable so that I can allocate a specific time
for prayer so that I don’t just do it anytime. But I won’t do
it before bed because you could get super tired and not do
it at all.
 Same goes for my bible, but I’ll also write out what I
understand and read it before bed so that I think about it
after bed.
 From what I read I’ll give one verse to myself to memorise.
 I’ll make an effort to read at least a chapter a day and to at
least pray for 5 minutes a day and work my way up.
I think for this first month this is how I’m going to tackle this
month spiritually. But I think I’m also going to add extra when
I make a daily timetable/schedule.
I also know that this is going to take some serious
commitment if I want to succeed.
The road to heaven is not easy but it’s worth it .
2. BODY WISE
Well to me I think body wise I could be at least 10 times
better. I think I have a problem if I don’t like sport or do
any extra curricular sport. Or can’t run 3 laps without
walking or feeling absolutely dead. That just shows
there’s a huge problem and that also scares me because
what would I be like at 20. As well as self-love and
insecurities. Soooo here’s the plan;
 I’m going to change my attitudes towards sport and
doing something physical. In other words a
paradigm shift. It starts within right?
 I’m going to sign up for an extracurricular sport.
 In P.E I’m going to do performance at max
( aerobics and Pilates ).
 Twice a day ( morning and night time ) I’ll do
personal exercises, nothing intense. Just, push-ups
(5), jumping jacks (10), sit-ups (10), squats(10),
something similar to squats(10) and plank ( 15s)
 For self-love I’m going to take more pictures, even
ones that involve my whole body.
 I’ll also be more out going and less shy when it

comes to socialise and I’ll have better opinions of


me .
