Medium refers to the materials that are used to create a work of art

3. Dimensional art

There are two dimensions in art these are the two-dimensional art and the other one is the
three-dimensional art. The difference between the two is that the two-dimensional art
means that the composition possesses the dimensions of length and width but does not
possess depth. All 2-dimensional pieces of art, such as drawings, paintings, and prints, are
made up of shapes, While the three-dimensional art is observed in terms of its height,
width and depth. It is not flat like two-dimensional art, which consists of paintings,
drawings and photographs. Pottery and sculpture are examples of three-dimensional art.

4. Combined arts

Combined arts is where different artforms interact and create something new and exciting
across outdoor arts, carnival, festivals, spectacle, interdisciplinary work, live art and
participatory and social art practice.

1. What is the difference between artists and artisans?

The difference between the two is that an artist is a person who performs any of the
creative arts. This captures all forms of art, while an artisan is a skilled worker who makes
things by hand. This includes various objects ranging from jewellery to furniture. An
artisan should not be confused with an artist because there is a clear difference in the
things that they create. An artisan is able to produce something that has a functional value.

In my opinion an artist is much important than his/her artwork because first of all an
