WHO & WHY LOGIC MODEL TEACHER FEEDBACK

West Millbrook Magnet Middle is an International
Baccalaureate MYP candidate school. With its diverse
population, this school serves approximately 930
students from North and Southeast Raleigh.
At the end of the 2017-2018 school year, West
Millbrook was classified as a low performing school.
In the following year, the overall growth and
proficiency of students increased; yet the percentage
of proficient students was still below the district and
state’s average. Therefore; the West Millbrook
administrative team chose to implement a school-wide
PLT schedule and structured framework for the 2019-
2020 school year. Both are designed to give all
teachers consistent, uninterrupted work time to RECOMMENDATIONS
collaborate and improve student learning outcomes.
