   MASTER OF BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION

Earning an MBA is about preparing for a career as business leaders, managers, entrepreneurs
and consultants. The Department of MBA at VJIT has been able to create some of the best
managerial talent pool in the past decade. Established in 2006, the department is known for an
energetic learning environment and offers specializations in Finance, Marketing and HRM.
Case study based approach to learning and broad emphasis on soft skills development ensures
that the students acquire the confidence required to become the most efficient managers at
national and global level.

 J. Gayatri Akhila Devi, Secured "Runner Certificate" in "Stock Market" event
conducted by Malla Reddy Institute of Management as a part of 'Magalo Mania -
2K20' on 28th and 29th February, 2020.
 J. Gayatri Akhila Devi published a research paper named "A Study on Collision of
Business Ethics in Banking Sector" at UGC Care Approved International Indexed and
Referred Journal-December, 2019.
 P.Sai Taniya presented a paper titled-“Understanding customer expectations and
perceptions with regards to the selected services in India” and published in
IJRTE, ISSN: 2277-3878, Volume-8 Issue-5, January 2020.
 G. Venkatesh, secured Runner certificate in the event of business Quiz in one day
National level management fest which was conducted by “ *ARISTOTLE PG
COLLEGE* ” in the year 2019.

 A. Sowmya of 2017-19 batch published her research paper on Financial Inclusion -A
Performance Appraisal of PMJDY in Telangana state at International Journal of
Research in February 2019.
 Sai Tanya of 2018-20 batch presented research paper on ORGANISATION
CLIMATE at National Conference on Strategies for Business Potentiality &
Sustainability 2019.
 T. Naveen Reddy and B. Narsing Yadav of 2017-19 batch won First Prize in
Marketing Minds at Sridevi Women’s Engineering College in March 2019.
  Soumith Reddy of 2017-19 batch won First Prize in Finance at Pendekanti Institute of
Management in 2018.
 J. Karthik of 2017-19 batch won First prize in Stock Market Game at K.G. Reddy
College of Engineering and Technology in 2018.

Head of the Department

Dr.P.Chakradhar is an MBA in Marketing & HR and completed his Doctorate from Sri
Krishna Devaraya University. He has over three years of experience in the ICICI bank and
worked as Regional Head for the Rayalaseema Region. His academic experience spans across
ten years in various positions. He has an adept approach towards managerial skill
development and organized various workshops, conference and guest lectures. He has
presented and published many research papers at national and international level conferences.
Dr. K.V.R. Satya Kumar, Professor, Department of MBA, did his post-graduation in JNTU-H
and obtained M.Phil from S.V. University, Tirupati and Ph.D degree from Acharya Nagarguna
University from Dept. of Commerce and Business Administration. He is a SEBI (Stock
Exchange Board of India) certified (FRP) Financial Resource Person. He has authored a text
book “Security Analysis & Portfolio Management” published by Lambert Academic
Publishing 2012. He has published research papers, articles in UGC CARE &SCOPUS listed
journals He has been a member of HMA (Hyderabad Management Association).
