40 Days of Fun-Filled

Activities to Help
You Listen Better

1
Special thanks to
Grace Point Church in San Antonio, Texas
for providing us with these materials.

2
Parents,

This guide is intended to help your child stay engaged while listening to
the KIDZ Bible. As they listen to God’s Word, a foundation will be built
that will last a lifetime.

For the next 40 days, make it a priority to set aside a designated time
each day (30 minutes) to listen to the KIDZ Bible with your child. You
will walk through the entire Bible together and begin to know God in a
new way. It is a time that will dynamically and radically change your
family!

Children who cannot read will need some assistance with the activities
in this guide. Older children who can read will be able to complete the
activities by themselves. After you and your child listen each day, talk
to your child about what they heard. Ask questions like:
• What was the most interesting thing you heard today?
• Did you hear anything that you didn’t know? What?
• Were you surprised by anything?
• What did you learn?
• Did you hear anything that makes you think that you should make a
change in your life?

As you and your child listen everyday, you will experience God in a
whole new way. Be blessed as you learn and grow!
