builds up websites in a reasonable price for brands and provides the websites to the
brands. Through this website the brands can easily gain the customer’s satisfaction.

DeshiDosh is one of the clients for ASKE Consulting. The purpose of below project is
how ASKE Consulting helpsDeshi Dosh to grab more online customers very easily
through their website. Through the websites Deshi Dosh can easily communicate with
their customers. The project was covered in 3 months.

Every member of the ASKE Consulting works very hard and closely for their client Deshi
Dosh. INTRODUCTION Background Problem: Deshi Dosh has not any own website of
them. They are very popular in the offline market because they have 10 renowned
brands that are work together in one floor. They have lots of customers in Bangladesh.

But in online they have not that much existence. The other countries people also love
the brands and they want to buy products from Deshi Dosh but they have no option for
it because Deshi Dosh does not have their own website. For this reason Deshi Dosh lots
many customers who live in the foreign.

So, we the ASKE Consulting firm helps Deshi Dosh to overcome the problem by
providing a website which we build up in a very cheap rate. We hope that through this
website they can increase their sale and create a big online market in the other
countries. Project Goals and Value to Stakeholder: This project will include following
activities: Identify the customers need. Make the website easily accessible.

Design the website very nicely for attracting the customers. Make the delivery process in
on time. Take not too much delivery charge from the customers. Stakeholders Analysis:
The following analysis stake holders had been done by ASKE consulting: The main
purpose is built up a website for the foreign customers. Internal Stakeholders 1: The 10
different brands in Deshi Dosh. Internal Stakeholders 2: The employees whose role are
changed.

Eternal Stakeholders 1: The new International customers. Eternal Stakeholders 2: The

young people who are working for the websiteof Deshi Dosh. Scope Definition: The
scope for this project that we defined through an extensive equipments gathering
process. First, a detailed analysis is done the company’s current position in the market
through the feedback of the customers rather than the employees.

After getting the information ASKE consulting firm build a team for developed the
website for Deshi Dosh Company. The website of Deshi Dosh is build up with all the
requirements collection process. This project includes identifying the software
application, design and programming, and testing of new forms of the website of Deshi
Dosh.

The project deliverables include new online choosing process and delivering very easy
process to the customers. This project will be accepted when the website is useable by

Schedule/Time Management: Maintaining the schedule for a project and searching or

finding out the specific information is very important for the project. Project members
need to be attentive, dedicated and has knowledge to work perfectly for the project. For
making a project many situations may arises. Project leader and members monitors and
solves those issues for the informative final project.

Every time monitoring the work improvement and correcting problems by the leaderon
baseline weekly basis. Schedule of the project updated with information not more than

_ Risk Management- In everywhere there is some risk. When we go to do something, we

have to face some risks. So preparing the project we need to be taken care of project
plan, implementation, and completion phase. There are lots of problem faced
completing the project like; timing was a big factor, costing for the project making,
organizing the information, technical issues and team management. For completing a
project on time risk management is very important.

The team members needs to be cooperative and work together to complete a final

product. They also choose the product and contact easily.

It helps to all the update product are updated in your website. Testing 3 / This is the
most important part in this website. Payment processor is shows here. Here this testing
are fail because it can take a information but didn’t work. We are working and we are
contact to BKASH as jointly work to easy to the payment process. Testing 4 / / In the last
testing we will input the DESH DOSH profile. How they will start a journey and how
many outlets are they have.

The entire testing are fulfill the DESH DOSH requirement. In the payment process when
thay join in Bkash then it will pass the testing.

Conclusion: The ASKE consulting firm give the complete knowledge about how the
website runs for Deshi Dosh. We can learn about many things from the project starting
to final delivery. We have faced certain issues like time management, suddenly reducing
team member and build a new team, some changing requirements from our client Deshi
Dosh.

In this project we learn two main aspects one is the on-time delivery and other is the
quality of the work. Overall this project gave us real time experience of software
industry. These two aspects help all of our team members in the future. We try to give
our best performance for the project.

We hope if Deshi Dosh used the website then it will be definitely bringing a lots of
benefits in the future for them. It will also help them to create a market in the foreign
market.
