a) basic cell structures and functions;
b) classification of organisms using physical
characteristics, body structures, and
behavior of the organism; and
c) traits of organisms that allow them to survive in
their environment.
1. Teacher will invite students to bring in
mobile devices and advise students how to
download and use google slides
2. Teacher will give notes on SOL 5.5
3. Teacher will introduce group project
a. Students will use provided notes to
create a google slides presentation with
group on either 5.5a-c
4. Teacher will hand out a rubric for the
appropriate topic
5. Students will read rubric with group to start
