1. Order shall be placed for the lowest quoted bidders against each “A”, “B”,
“C”, “D” based on their sub total costs.
2. The services will be utilized as and when required, but rates quoted are
fixed for one year from the date of order (except statutory variation in diesel)
3. Anticipated trips/year are just indicated and are subject to change as per
the requirement. The same now indicated are based on the machinery
ordered and expected to be delivered to CNP in next one year.
