INTRODUCTION

Technological surveillance allows establishing a system that helps internal and external
improvement in the organization, in order to maintain competitiveness in the market,
research is carried out in technological negotiations, through consultation and investigation
of patent databases that contribute to providing information about new technologies and
devices that are being implemented by large organizations in different sectors of the
industry. In addition, the different types of research methodology are investigated to
understand the situation of digital transformation in Colombian companies.

Developing a negotiation of technological assets from products, processes, and systems
innovation
Specific objectives

CONCLUSIONS
In Colombia, small and large companies are taking on the challenge of digital
transformation, a strategy that is making them profitable and positioning Colombia in the
leading country in the region. Technology contributes to having new ideas and a
competitive advantage, so that companies They constantly reinvent their business models,
ensuring their permanence in the market. that is why it is essential to know the new
