 I. INTRODUCTION

BUSINESS CONCEPT

The Sip and Bite Café is committed in providing quality coffee, pastries, and related

products in a relaxing community-based atmosphere that is of course, at affordable prices. The

shop will serve a variety of coffee beverages and baked goods in an environment that is

conducive to business meetings, all-night activities, and casual rendezvous alike.

Despite the faltering and ever-changing economy, pastry and coffee consumption has

held steady in this past few years, and even for decades. Given the fact that more than half of the

adults’ population in the country are inclined with drinking coffee, the industry that this business

plans to enter has a promising outlook. Considering also the base location’s aspiration to boost

the production of coffee, the source of the needed local supplies would not be of a serious

predicament.

BUSINESS GOAL

The Sip & Bite Café is envisioned to serve as a starting point for a potential international

coffee shop. While the plan wants to provide an extensive look into the feasibility of such an

endeavour, we recognize that further research may be acquired before undertaking this business.

But with a leap of faith, we pursue to build and believe that this business will grow.
COMPANY DESCRIPTION

The Sip & Bite Café will provide quality coffee and pastry that agrees just exactly with

the public’s tastes. Ensuring that the product meet the standards of freshness and quality of its

consumers, the owner of Sip & Dip Café intends to manage the business hands-on and join his

operatives on rendering exceptional products equalled with a satisfying service consistently.

As the company motto pronounces, “Good things happen over a sip of coffee and a few

dips of tasty pastries.” With an earnest dedication for customer satisfaction, the company will

brew its way to success and provide a relaxing commonplace for a dose of caffeine and sugar.
