5G Value Proposition – 3 days

Develop a results-driven strategy to monetize 5G and build value for your organization.

CONTENTS
The world is poised to roll out 5G infrastructure on a global scale. By the end of 2019 there were 20
operators around the world that had launched 5G services with the market poised to grow rapidly to
break the two-billion-subscription mark by early 2025 according to industry research firm Ovum.

But the development of the market is not as simple as it may seem. Services providers need to
realistically understand the new use cases and value proposition and start developing roadmaps while
enterprises must decide where 5G has a role to play in their internal connectivity strategies and
development plans.

This 3-day course focusses on developing an end-to-end strategy for your organization including use
cases, deployment strategies, pricing approaches and business models.

PREREQUISITES
To facilitate following the course we also recommend Apis’ “5G System Overview” online module for
an introductory knowledge on 5G.

The course has been designed with a core focus to enable delegates to fully understand the 5G
network landscape and commercial potential. Delegates will be able to immediately generate a
concise and integrated strategy for implementing innovative 5G opportunities.

The instruction format is very “hands on”, as students personally build all the strategies, business
models and canvasses needed to align themselves and their teams to their new organizational 5G
value proposition.

During this 3-day course you will gain solid knowledge, understanding and insights into the full 5G
landscape. You will receive strong foundational knowledge of the technologies impacting and
impacted by 5G and build on your understanding of B2B and B2B service opportunities.

The course is designed to enable you to understand how the 5G value proposition can be leveraged.

NOTE: This course is not delivered with the FoldOut methodology.
