1. Introduction
In this piece of work I have been asked to design an 8 page website based on the theme of

my choice. These 8 pages will contain a home page, about me page, contact me page and 5

galleries with at least 4 images on each that has something to do with the topic I have

chosen.

2. Intended Purpose
This is aimed at football fans at any age that support Manchester United. I have three
chosen colours that link to the club including red, white and black. The main colour is red.

3. User Requirements.
- The subject should be about Manchester United.

- Website must be based on the template.

- The website must perform and run well with minimal errors.

- Internet connection is also required to access this website.

This website should include pages like:

- Home Page (details about Manchester United).

- Contact Me Page (Name & Email).

- Galleries (1-5) (each contains 4 images).

- About Me Page (name, why I have chosen Manchester United, how long have I like

them).

4. Styles.
The images are being chosen as they are relevant to the topic of Manchester United e.g. the

current players, their greatest manager and the badge of the football club. The colour I

have chosen the bottom right as this is a very similar colour to Manchester United’s main

colour.

7. Justification.
This design has been chosen as red, white and black are the three colours that represent

Man Utd and these colours also go together and dont contrast making my website look

neat. The same colours have been chosen on every page keeping my website consistent

also. As for the alternatives, both these designs are rejected as the colours are very bright

like design 2 or contrasting like design 1. Also the layouts are unorganised and overlap with

text boxes. The buttons at the top are not symmetrical and different sizes.

I have used some software in order to create this website like “Notepad++” to be able to

code the website. I have also used the “File Explorer” on Windows 10 to be able to extract

the files and be able to edit my web pages.

I have had quite a few constraints when developing this website. One being that a lot of

time has been consumed. This has been mainly due to some images not being compatible

to insert on my website. This takes a lot of time because I have to find replacement images

that are compatible with my website.
