In regards to your query, please be advised that IELTS Progress Check provides official,
computer-based IELTS practice tests assessed and scored by official IELTS markers. You
will get a complete test that includes all four components: one each Reading, Writing,
listening and Speaking for one test assessment

Every IELTS Progress Check report includes an indicative IELTS band score result,
with detailed personalised feedback on your performance. This will help you to
improve your preparation for your real test.

IELTS Progress Check is  delivered online, whereas the real test is delivered in a face-to-
face environment.

IELTS Progress Check is similar to the real IELTS Computer-Delivered test in that the
Reading, Listening and Writing tests are done in an online environment, however the

The Speaking test in both the IELTS Computer-Delivered test and the paper-based test
has a face-to-face interview with an IELTS Speaking examiner, whereas IELTS Progress
Check uses spoken prompts that have been pre-recorded.

 
IELTS Progress Check practice tests are not timed.

During the Speaking section, we show a timer counting down how much time you have to
answer each question.

If you need to take notes during your practice test, you will need to make those separately
(e.g. using pen and paper) as there is not a ‘notes’ tool within IELTS Progress Check.

Your IELTS Progress Check results cannot be used to support applications for study,
professional registration or immigration purposes.

You will not sit the test in controlled conditions, and the results you get are indicative only.
They are a reflection of the standard of English you demonstrate in that particular practice
test only. The band score you achieved in your IELTS Progress Check practice test does
not guarantee that you will receive the same score in your real test. That will depend on
your own performance on the day of your real IELTS test.
