Dynamic content types and views will be created for the archives, schedule, and the gallery. The 1211 Clary Street
archives will auto-delete out-of-date videos, the schedule will be automatically sorted in a grid-style Worthington, MN 56187
display, and the gallery will display photos in a grid, using lightbox-style effects for easy user
interactivity. Both blogs will be built as single blog, multi-author platforms, allowing team (507) 727-1129 (p)

General Site Features

 Administrative backend, allowing client users to log in and make changes/additions to site content. Training will be provided to the client after
site launch.
 Google analytics installed, allowing client to view visitor statistics on the website.

Content Types & Views

“Content types” are templates created so the client can easily maintain various aspects of the website. Different content types are created for
unique purposes and use throughout the site. Views define the way a content type is displayed on a page. This project will require the following
content types & views:

 General page content

 Video Archive – a list of videos and shows older than the current week. There will be a one-month archive for the past programs, with auto
delete functionality on the programs older than a month (note: the timeline to auto-deletion is something that will be adjustable to whatever
your needs dictate).
 Program Schedule – uses views, cck, and date api to maintain this schedule. The Program Schedule will be a scrolling list with the current show
listing along with upcoming events and past programs.
 Blog – a blog api will be used to maintain the dynamic blogs for this site. There will be two separate blogs, one for the site itself, and another for
students. Each blog will be built “WordPress style”, meaning a single blog will be managed by multiple users. Additionally, these users have the
ability to post to both blogs, although that will not be enabled by default, but will be available to set up at your request.
 Special Events Video Archive – has the same functionality as the Video Archive page, but this page features items deemed as “Special Events”
(eg. Prom, King Turkey Day, International Festival, etc.).
 Photo Gallery – the photos will be laid out in a grid format, and when an image is clicked, a larger one appears in a lightbox.
