NOMINATE and APPOINT:

ATTY. ANDRELILLE CHRISTIAN A. CRUZ of PAMBID LAW
OFFICE, and/or their duly authorized representative, with business

my marriage with MARIA TERESITA P. MANALO to be filed before
any court of competent jurisdiction;

2. To sign complaints, petitions, affidavits, pay docket fees, secure

witnesses, and authorize persons relative thereto;

3. To verify and sign any certification pertaining to such complaint, petition,

action or proceeding brought in my name;

4. To appear on my behalf during the mediation, pre-trial and hearings of

the case;

5. To negotiate, conclude, enter into and execute a compromise or amicable

settlement of the case under such terms and conditions as my attorneys-
in-fact may deem just and reasonable;

6. To agree on the simplifications of the issues;

7. To amend the pleadings;

8. To obtain stipulations or admissions of facts and of documents to avoid

unnecessary proof;

9. To limit the number of witnesses;

10. To do and agree on such other matters as may aid in the prompt
disposition of the action;

11. To apply for, process, obtain and secure the necessary certifications before
the Philippine Statistics Authority, including, but not limited to the
Certificate of Marriage, Certificate of Live Birth or Certification of Entries
of Marriages, if any; and
 HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto said attorneys full powers and
authority to do and perform all and every act requisite or necessary to carry into effect
the foregoing powers, as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could lawfully do
if personally present, with full power of substitution and revocation, and hereby
ratifying and confirming all that my said attorneys or their substitute shall lawfully do
or cause to be done by virtue hereof.
