1. Job Purpose:
Strive to develop and maintain a productive committed workforce. Lead and manage regular Planning,
Monitoring and Control operations in a disciplined and effective manner in various Infrastructure Projects
across the organization. Provide regular guidance and communication with the team for proper
implementation of Project Planning, Monitoring and Control. Ensure utilization of Project Management
philosophy at the project level for the benefits of the project.

2. Key Result Areas & Measures of Success:

KRAs Measure of Success

A. Project Scheduling – Lead the team to prepare the project Accuracy & Efficiency
scheduling.
B. Resources Planning – Guide the team to prepare resources
Accuracy & Efficiency
planning (Materials, Equipment, Staff deployment, Sub-
Contractor, Labor)
C. Execution Monitoring – Guide and lead Monitoring employee for
Regularity, Accuracy, Detailing
daily field progress data storing, analysis and compare with
planned progress. Prepare weekly/monthly report with progress
variance. Monitoring of Resource utilization and Resource
productivity.
D. MPR (Monthly Progress Review) Presentation – Prepare MPR by
Time bound, Efficiency, Accuracy
collecting all physical and financial information, analyze the data
and present in front of Top Management.
E. Training – Arrangement of trainings for departmental employee
Effectiveness & Improvement
on Project Management
F. Site visit – For understanding of project status, problems and
Relationship & Communication
correlate to Project control team with Project team.
G. Progress Analysis – Lead the team to analyze the execution
Analytical ability & Accuracy
progress (planned vs. actual) with identification of
reasons/obstacles/constraints of physical progress.

A) Level 2 – Infra Divisional head level. Fully responsible for Infra Division Project Control functional efficiency

B) Budget – Project Management programs, contributory to Project Control’s Employee Expenses,


contributory to Project Control Department of Infra Division.
C) Direct report – CEO, Infrastructure Division. Team Strength – 17
