Job Title: Senior Manager, Project Control Reporting To: GM, Project Control
1. Job Purpose:
Strive to develop and maintain a productive committed workforce. Lead and manage day-to-day Planning &
Monitoring operations in a disciplined and effective manner. Provide guidance to the designated team to
ensure that policies and guidelines are compiled in all Project Control functions – from project planning, to
Monitoring – including schedule development, Resources planning, Execution monitoring, progress
comparison, daily/weekly/monthly reports preparation and other related activities.
A. Project Scheduling – Lead the team to prepare the project Accuracy & Efficiency
scheduling.
B. Resources Planning – Guide the team to prepare resources Accuracy & Efficiency
planning (Materials, Equipment, Staff deployment, Sub-
Contractor, Labor)
C. Execution Monitoring – Guide and lead Monitoring employee for
Regularity, Accuracy, Detailing
daily field progress data storing, analysis and compare with
planned progress. Prepare weekly/monthly report with progress
variance.
D. MPR (Monthly Progress Review) Presentation – Prepare MPR by
Time bound, Efficiency, Accuracy
collection all physical and financial information, analyze the data
and present in front of Top Management.
E. Training – Train departmental employee for high level planning,
Effectiveness & Improvement
scheduling and monitoring.
F. Site visit – For understanding of project status, problems and
Relationship & Communication
correlate to Project control team with Project team.
G. Progress Analysis – Lead the team to analyze the execution
Analytical ability & Accuracy
progress (planned vs. actual) with identification of
reasons/obstacles/constraints of physical progress.
A) Level 3 – Departmental head level under Divisional head. Responsible for Planning & Monitoring section of
Infrastructure.
