 CW 50: the modular system
for creative
CW 50 is a curtain wall facade and roof system which not only offers unlimited creative freedom, but has also been
designed to allow maximum light into a building with its slim 50 mm sightlines. The system offers eight aesthetic
variations each with its own individual style.

Insulation levels adapted to your requirements

 Basic system available in insulation level RMG 2.1 and 1.0 according to DIN 4108 IV.

Safety
 Aluminium is characteristically a durable and resistant material.
Moreover CW 50 can be adapted to the needs of the user: from basic safety for less
demanding projects to very high levels of safety for the banking sector.

Maximum natural light

 Profile width of 50 mm = minimum technically acceptable width.

Aesthetic and economic inside finish

 Different inside finish for vertical and horizontal profiles.

Unlimited creative freedom and a personalised solution

for each individual project
 Aesthetic diversity for the exterior: traditional grille, semi-structural or structural façade, roof
applications .
 Various outside face caps in different shapes which are inter-changeable.
 Complete range of profiles and accessories to combine different planes: facets, corner
solutions, three-dimensional roof planes.
 Long horizontal spans are made possible by reinforcing the connections between vertical and
horizontal profiles.

Possibility of integrating vents into fixed parts

 Integration of all types of vents: windows, doors and sliding systems, inward- and outward-
opening windows with hidden vent, structural offset horizontal pivot windows.

The wide product range means that any combination of vertical and inclined planes are possible together with the
integration of different types of vents. The extensive range also offers technical solutions for the different
performance requirements of a façade.

Colours have been used to enhance the appearance

 Reynaers offers a choice of over 400 gloss or matt RAL colours as well as anodised metallic
finishes, giving the appearance of stainless steel or wood.
 The system is designed to allow different colours to be used on the exterior
and the interior.
 Surface treatments are carried out in accordance with Qualicoat standards for painting and
Qualanod standards for anodising.

certification granted to Reynaers guarantees that every order will be processed efficiently
from the time it is placed through to after-sales service. CW 50 has undergone numerous
approved laboratory tests to guarantee high levels of performance (see Performance).
