Reflection (10 pts)

How has this experience influenced your thoughts about becoming a teacher? Write this in a personal, reflective
tone that shows original thought. Be specific. Please do not say, “I had fun. It was a good experience.” Dig deep and be
honest!
This experience, even though it was cut short, was a gift. I’ve worked very hard to get to my first
education class and finally get into a Head Start classroom. The only thing I would change in this experience is
something no one could control, COVID-19. I felt a positive connection with my mentor teacher and I hope to
volunteer when schools open again because I had so much fun with the kids and learning from them. I feel
confident that I have picked the correct major for me. Teaching, especially with special needs, is definitely the
obvious and right career from me.
Professionalism (10 pts) For all logs, your writing should be of college quality. 10=0-2 errors, 5=3-5 errors, 0=>5
